7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

• Exhibition bookings are non-refundable.

• Delegate substitutions may be permitted with prior written approval.

• Processing charges, taxes and gateway fees are non-refundable.

If EPMN cancels an event entirely, refunds (if applicable) shall be limited to the registration amount actually received.

EPMN shall not be liable for:

• Travel expenses

• Hotel bookings

• Visa costs

• Other incidental expenses

8. SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION

Sponsors and exhibitors agree to:

• Provide accurate marketing materials.

• Obtain all required permissions for logos and trademarks.

• Ensure products and services comply with applicable laws.

EPMN reserves the right to reject any sponsorship material that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or inappropriate.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
